Book Distribution

Problem:

Distributing textbooks and collecting tuition and fee are the most headache things on the first day of the school. How to keep everything under control and organized?

Solution:

  1. To set registration deadline, which is 2 weeks earlier than the first day of the new semester
  2. To place book order according to the registration plus five extra
  3. To give the teachers a set of textbook and teacher’s book once receiving the books
  4. To inform teachers to send a parent to pick up textbooks for students after 30 minutes or so of the class on the first day of the school

Book order

The School will order Chinese textbooks on Tuesday (September 14). Please send an email to
